OwnersHub (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This page explains what we collect on this website, why we collect it, and how you can exercise your rights.

Who we are

OwnersHub is a self-management platform for NSW Owners Corporations. This website is currently a pilot landing page operated to register interest from prospective committee members.

What we collect

When you submit the “Register your interest” form, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Information about your strata scheme (e.g. lot count, role, postcode)
• Optional context you provide about your current strata-management experience
• Standard server-side data your browser sends when visiting any website (e.g. IP address, referrer, basic device information)

Why we collect it

We use the information you submit to:

• Assess whether your scheme is a fit for the pilot programme
• Contact you about pilot intake, onboarding, and product updates
• Improve the landing page and product based on aggregated, non-identifying patterns

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for marketing unrelated to OwnersHub.

How it’s stored

Form submissions are processed by Formspree (our form-handling provider) and forwarded to OwnersHub’s administrative inbox. Formspree stores submissions in the United States; their privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

We retain pilot interest registrations for the duration of the pilot programme plus 12 months, after which they are deleted unless you have become an active customer.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or out of date
• Request deletion of your information at any time
• Lodge a complaint about how we’ve handled your information

Cookies and analytics

This site uses minimal first-party cookies for basic functionality and may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic patterns. Analytics data is not used to identify individual visitors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated to registered pilot participants via email.

If you believe we have not handled your personal information appropriately, please contact us first at hello@ownershub.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
