No. OwnersHub is software, not a licensed strata management agent. Your committee remains legally responsible for the scheme. We provide the tools, workflows, and reminders to help you do it properly and compliantly — under the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015.
We're launching in NSW first, with full support for Strata Hub reporting and the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015. Other states will follow — register your interest to let us know where you're located.
We're still finalising our pricing model. Our goal is to deliver meaningful savings compared to traditional management fees — potentially 15–20% of what schemes currently pay. Pilot participants may receive discounted or free access during the trial period.
