No. OwnersHub is software, not a licensed strata management agent. Your committee remains legally responsible for the scheme. We provide the tools, workflows, and reminders to help you do it properly and compliantly — under the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015.
We're launching in NSW first, with full support for Strata Hub reporting and the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015. Other states will follow — register your interest to let us know where you're located.

Our pricing will be a flat monthly fee with no commissions, no insurance markups, and no per-lot percentage charges — the cost layers traditional strata managers add on top. Final pricing will be confirmed with pilot participants during onboarding, so you can decide whether to continue before any commitment.
